The Legacy was incredible from the lovely staff to the beautiful venue and we couldn't have picked a better space for hosting our wedding. The staff went above and beyond anything we could have expected, which is why I would highly recommend trusting them with your big day. This place filled our guests with so much warmth through being uniquely family-run and having such a whimsical, fairytale ambiance all throughout it (photographer's jackpot). Thank you again, we will never forget where our "legacy" began...
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience getting married at the Legacy. Whitney was great to work with—super responsive throughout the entire process, and incredibly helpful on the day of our wedding. The pricing was fantastic, and the added value of the available decorations would be hard to overstate. The greenhouse was toasty, but that’s to be expected. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and beautiful throughout the entire venue. Many of our guests loved the drive in from Columbus, so don’t let the distance from the city deter you from picking this lovely venue!”

“The Legacy on Possum Run was a fabulous venue. The staff was incredibly kind and easy to work with. Whitney answered all of our questions and work with us to make our dreams for our wedding day come true! The price to rent the venue is quite reasonable for everything you receive in that. The venue itself is beautiful, featuring an indoor waterfall and a gorgeous greenhouse. We spent very little money on decorations because the Legacy offers so much to choose from that you can use for free. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the area!!”

“On April 9th our son and daughter-in law were getting married in the greenhouse and it was snowing, then raining , then sunshine then raining you wonder how is this going to be. Perfect! The greenhouse was warm, the barn was cozy and the staff were very helpful. Whitney from the first meeting gave very helpful ideas from her experience with other weddings that took the guess work out of all the what ifs. “The Legacy on Possum Run Road is a very beautiful place for a wedding venue. It is spacious, open, and well lit. The building inside was refurbished with nice woodwork and beautiful wooden railing on the upper deck. It also has an inside water wall to add a natural atmosphere to your experience.”

“We loved our experience at The Legacy on Possum Run! My daughter’s wedding was on 9/2/2023 and Whitney and the staff at The Legacy couldn’t have been more helpful or kind! From the initial meeting to the moment we walked out the door Saturday evening, we were shown nothing but kindness! The venue was gorgeous. The location was perfect for both the bride and groom’s family to travel to. While the greenhouse was a little warm, we knew having a late summer wedding we would have been warm wherever we were. We also worked with vendors recommended by the Legacy and couldn’t have been happier with their service!
Whitney has also been collecting items that can be used at no charge by future brides to help cut down on the cost of decorating for both the ceremony and the reception. 100% would recommend The Legacy on Possum Run for any event you are planning!”

GORGEOUS venue with so much open space for your guests. My husband and I fell in love with The Legacy on Possum Run as soon as we toured it and immediately both knew it was our venue. I loved that they allowed us to set up the day before and also allowed us to use some of their decor. They were super flexible with us and the employees worked so hard our entire wedding night to make sure everything ran smoothly and I didn’t notice a single hiccup when it came to the venue!
