The original Possum Run Greenhouse - 2017

Prior to holding the title The Legacy on Possum Run, this facility was a renowned greenhouse for 30+ years,  a staple in our community where people came together to not only buy plants for their homes, get greenery comprising their landscaping, or to buy poinsettias for a holiday decoration—it was a labor of love from owners and their team of employees that delivered beauty and joy to the community and people around America.

 It was a landmark.

How’d we get here?

Chad, Sarah and family

Jack, Whitney and family

These two families have ties that go back to middle school and soccer where Sarah and Whitney first met. The short story is this: they went to school together, graduated, time passed, and have now joined families together in business to bring you The Legacy on Possum Run.

When the greenhouse closed permanently, a new opportunity for community growth was seen. Being such a unique space with it’s one-of-a-kind indoor rainbow bridge, indoor waterfall, gorgeous greenhouse and century+ old barn, we are so glad to continue its legacy and share the space with so many people each weekend.

The Legacy on Possum Run isn’t just a venue—it’s the product of generations where your story begins. The Legacy on Possum Run…your legacy begins, here.
