We offer multiple open houses throughout the year for our booked couples to attend. This way you can see the space more than once before your big day!

Music to conclude by 10:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and by 9:00 pm on Sundays and weeknights. Bar last call is 15 min before music end time.

Want more time to decorate?
Do some extra set up, a rehearsal, and perhaps a rehearsal dinner with our TWO DAY PACKAGE.
Add a Thursday (6 hours) to your Friday rental for $1000 extra.
OR
Add Friday (6 hours) to your Saturday. This brings your Friday/Saturday total cost to:
$5750 (April, July, August, November)
$6250 (May, June, September, October)
Weekday rentals (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday) are $2750, 9a.m. - 9p.m.
Please Note
We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Legacy on Possum Run listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost -$150. It’s as easy as clicking here - almost everything is filled out for you.

We have no hidden fees within the venue rental.
If you would like to order linens through us we do offer that at an additional cost - but that’s totally up to you!
